Who We Support
Research Informatics for Operations (RIO) specifically addresses the growing technological needs of the clinical trials research community. The office provides a collaborative, responsive, integrated and focused approach to all aspects of systems development and support by providing application testing, consulting, integration, reporting (grants, metrics, operational), system procurement & implementation, support and training to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. The RIO team also provides support for clinical trials and subject management to the Dana-Farber Harvard Cancer Center (DF/HCC) consortium.

If you have a patient care critical (PCC) issue that requires immediate assistance, please contact the Help Desk at: 617-632-3399.
All non-urgent issues can be resolved by entering a Help Desk ticket via the Help Desk Portal and assigning the ticket to the appropriate assignment group
